At Fat burners only our promise to you is to have orders dispatched and delivered fast Australia wide. So providing your place of delivery has a post code rest assured we will get it there.All orders will receive complimentary free shipping. 

It is our priority to deliver your order as quickly as possible, which is why we offer same day dispatch on all orders placed before 2 pm WEST Standard time Monday to Friday. Any order placed after 2 pm WEST Standard time or on weekends will be dispatched the following business day. We ship with Australia Post Eparcel services.

All orders are expected to arrive within 3 - 7 business days after day of dispatch. 

Shipments begin being dispatched from our warehouse starting at 10 am daily with the last goods leaving by 2pm so there are no holding delays. With Australia Post service we ask that you allow maximum 3 - 7 business days for delivery. Please be aware that online tracking number usually has a 24hr delay in update. Once your order has been received by Aus Post we cannot be held accountable for any unforeseen delays cause by the delivery services.

Our Shipping is FREE, sent with Australia's renowned Australian Post service. We dispatch all our orders promptly and we do this because we believe that you need your supplements ASAP! We don't believe that you should pay for your shipping! We live by our motto "burn your fat, not your cash"



After choosing to place an order with we are pleased to advise of the following process which takes place during our business hours (9 am-4 pm Monday-Friday WST).

1. You shall receive an initial confirmation email that your order has been received and is being packed.

2. When goods are dispatched from our warehouse you shall receive an email also confirming your delivery has been successfully shipped.

3. Goods shall be packaged in a discreet manner which shall prevent product damage during transport.

4. Goods ordered prior to 3 pm Western Australia time (Daylight Saving time when appropriate) shall be dispatched via the fastest method, same business day.

5. As a tip for the fastest delivery, we strongly recommend noting a physical street address as opposed to a PO Box when ordering (PO Box deliveries often need to be dispatched via road freight due to Australia Posts freight limitations).

6. Should you wish to track the status of your shipment? Simply log into your account & check your delivery status online.  We store all of your shipping information including consignment notes to make checking your order simple and easy. So please don't hesitate to use this service which is free of charge there to assist you.

7. For your security, deliveries do require a signature on receipt. There for delivery should be to an address where someone is available to receive and sign for the goods during business hours. In the event no one is available to receive delivery, a card shall be left advising the package is to be collected at the nearest Courier or Australia Post depot.

8. All deliveries shall be delivered without signature requirement unless requested by customer. This should be noted on your order comments and we shall be pleased to oblige on small value orders ( shall assume no responsibility for any lost or missing deliveries in this situation - but we are happy to work closely with you in order to resolve any further issues.) 



A fee of $10 will be charged to cover costs of shipping in the condition to one of the following:

1. Please choose carefully when ordering, as if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision, a returned delivery fee will be required.

2. Customer has written an incorrect address resulting in product being incorrectly delivered or returned to our warehouse.

3. Article has been returned to sender due to not being collected from customer's local Australia Post Office, after attempted delivery was made to provided address.

Please note: The required re-delivery fee is determined due to size of the order made. 

If you have received an incorrect product, faulty product or incorrectly described, we will offer you an exchange or full refund. If this is the case please contact us at for us to process your enquiry. All refunds will be returned to credit card used for payment via PayPal. 

Damaged or Incorrect Items: If you do receive an item with an issue in line with the Australian Consumer Law guidelines above, you can return the item(s) back to us within 30 days of receipt and we will refund your money or exchange your product.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
