Do you Price Match?

At Fat Burners Only we work very hard to ensure we have the lowest prices for all of our products. If you find the products you love cheaper elsewhere, let us know and we will hunt down the competition and we will… We will do our best to match the price for you!

How do Discount Codes Work?

We run weekly deals (jump on our email distribution list if you haven’t already!) with awesome discount codes. Only one discount code can be used per purchase. To use a code, just enter it in the relevant field on the checkout page.

What if a product I would like to purchase is not available on Fat Burners Only?

Fat Burners Only is a growing business and we would love the opportunity to provide the products that you need! Please email the details of the products through to our Customer Service Team (hello@fatburnersonly.com.au) so we can try our best to stock the product for you.


How long will my order take to arrive?

  • We work hard to pack and send all orders as soon as possible. We endeavour to dispatch your order on the same day if it is placed before 2PM EST.
  • We are proud to ship our products using the Startrack Premium Service which means you get a FREE Express Delivery Service with most orders arriving within 1-3 business days.
  • Keep an eye out for the shipping confirmation email in your inbox, please allow the below normal postage time for delivery;

How much does shipping cost to my address.

Australia: Nothing. Zero. Zip. Zilch. Nada.
New Zealand: NZD 9.95 (NZ wide!)

What Happens if I am not home when my order is delivered?

Fat Burners Only uses Startrack to deliver orders. If you are not at home to receive the parcel, an card will be left so you can pick it up from your closest post office. Sometimes cards get accidentally lost or discarded, so if you believe your parcel should have arrived, check with your local post office first.

My order is late/hasn’t arrived?

If your order has not been delivered within the expected delivery time, please send us a message through our Contact Page with your Order Number and we will track it down for you as soon as possible.
My order has arrived, but there’s something wrong!
If your item has arrived with a damaged or incorrect item please contact us through our Contact Page immediately so we can rectify it for you as soon as possible.

What if I need to cancel my order?

The best way to cancel your order is by contacting us via phone (618) 6371 1994 as soon as possible. Alternatively, you can email us within normal business hours via Our Contact Page. Keep in mind that once orders have been despatched they cannot be cancelled. Please refer to our Returns Policy for further information.

Can you ship Internationally?

Yes, we can provide International Shipping. Please contact us via Our Contact Page for all International Postage enquiries.

How much does International Postage Cost?

International Postage is provided via Australia Post Airmail Services and is calculated based on the weight of your order. Please refer to our Shipping Information Page for further details.

What happens if customs prevent my order from entering my country of stated delivery?

As each country in the world has their own customs requirements, it is crucial that if you are not certain whether a product can be delivered to your country of origin, you check before you place your order with Fat Burners Only.
