Fat Burners Only Giveaway Terms & Conditions

1. Organizer
The giveaway is hosted by Fat Burners Only (FBO), based in Western Australia.

2. Entry Period
The giveaway runs from 12:00 AM AWST on June 01, 2025, to 11:59 PM AWST on June 30, 2025. Entries submitted outside this period will not be considered.

3. Eligibility

• Open to Australian residents aged 18 and over.

• Employees, family members, or affiliates of Fat Burners Only are not eligible to enter.

4. How to Enter

• Spend $179 or more (after discounts) on FBO supplements using the promo code EOFY.

• Earn 5 bonus entries by sharing your order confirmation and tagging @FBOsupps in an Instagram Story (limited to one story per day).

• Multiple entries are allowed, with one entry per qualifying order.

5. Prize Details
One Person to Receive $1000
Five Winners in total

• No substitutions will be offered if the prize is unavailable.

6. Winner Selection

• Winners will be selected by a random draw on July 3, 2025.

• The draw will be conducted in accordance with Australian trade promotion regulations.

7. Winner Announcement

• Winners will be announced via email and on FBO’s social media platforms on July 3, 2025.

8. Claiming the Prize

• Winners must email hello@fatburnersonly.com.au with their valid order confirmation to claim their prize.

• Prizes must be claimed by December 20, 2025.

9. Promotion & Publicity

• By entering, participants consent to their names, photos, and/or entry details being shared publicly on FBO’s social media and promotional channels.

• This giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Instagram or Facebook.

10. Liability
Fat Burners Only is not responsible for:

• Technical issues preventing entry or winner notification.

• Delayed, lost, or damaged prize deliveries caused by third parties.

• Unforeseen changes affecting travel dates or accommodations.

11. Privacy

• Personal data collected during this giveaway will be added to FBO’s marketing database but will never be disclosed to third parties.

• Participants can unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time.

12. Disqualification
Fat Burners Only reserves the right to disqualify entries that:

• Use fake accounts or involve fraudulent behavior.

• Are submitted via cancelled orders.

• Contain inappropriate content.

13. Legal Compliance

• This giveaway is subject to compliance with all applicable Australian laws, including trade promotion regulations.

• If required, Fat Burners Only will secure a trade promotion permit for Western Australia.
