Directions for use: A 5 gram dose (one teaspoon) of L-Glutamine 3 times per day (morning, post training and before bed) will yield the best results.We recommend adding your L-Glutamine into your protein shake. It has minimal flavour, so is easily mixed.

    If you’re training intensively, 10-15g of glutamine per day should be enough. For moderate training, the standard L-glutamine dosage is 5g (1tsp) to be taken post-workout with protein ideally.
