NEW Legacy Pre Workout by Muscle Nation

Dosage

Mix 1/2 - 1 scoop in a shaker with 500-1000mL of cold water and shake well, consume 15 - 30 minutes prior to your activity.

Always assess your caffeine tolerance. Start with 1/2 a scoop and work your way up to 3/4 of a scoop. Once comfortable with strength, increase to 1 scoop.

DO NOT EXCEED 1 SCOOP PER DAY.
